In Metropolis the use of camera angles and panning creates different moods for the viewer. It gives feelings of authority in certain scenes as well as feelings of vulnerability in others. The panning allows for places to feel big, and expansive. The motions of the video create feelings of being high up, when it screen pan's down. I feel that the use of panning and angles really sets this animation apart from others, the abstract angles and motions work very well.

Lemony Snickett

The feel that the end title scene compliments the movie very well. It has the same dark, dreary motif, as well as many of the movies icons in it. There are an abundance of eyes, which are a staple in the film, the three siblings are venturing together into the unknown. The theme of sophisticated yet simple is reiterated here, as well as the beginning graveyard scene. The movie is a very abstract collection of things, and this is mimicked in the credits. The way that the artist uses transition compliments the film greatly. They are clean, and use the art as a medium to create a new scene. This works very well in my opinion.
